Well basically I had issues regarding my cheques for both Advertlets and Nuffnang. So I decided to issue a ticket at their support section … well the outcome is *drumroll*
Advertlets: Replied within 2 days (Ticket ID: WFN-168442 on 22nd Dec)
Nuffnang: An update, Replied within 9 days (Ticket ID: 4767F1CD on 19th Dec)
So there you have it, Nuffnang replied within one week plus, while Advertlets within 2 days
Basically the response support time is still quicker on Advertlets part, even during a busy festive season. They were really on-the-ball, when I didn’t acknowledge their email sent to me regarding my ticket. Well I was away and unable to log-on online for a couple of days. When they do a follow-up, Advertlets really go all the way to ensure everything is settled. My cheque was re-sent within 2 days of my ticket submission, while Nuffnang cheque is still pending
So any basis to any of the entries made by other bloggers below? Not wanting to sound like a demanding customer, I find replies that’s sent within a week is a bit tad too long of a response
- What’s 24 hours when Nuffnang took 25 days to reply to my email

- Suggestion: What Nuffnang can do …
Does it make Nuffnang any lesser of a advertising network just because their turn-around time for ticket support is ’slower’ than Advertlets. Well yes and no, rightly depends on the severity of the issue at hand and you as the publisher, such preferences for support feature. But this is indeed something Nuffnang has to look into and I’m sure they are. Not sounding like I’m carrying balls, on my part, I find Advertlets score better in their customer support feature
The bottom-line, both advertising network did replied back, and that’s what ultimately important. Both advertising network still however earns me good respectable earnings, and I would still recommend them both if you want supplementary income from blogging

The system automatically sends an automated e-mail reply once we receive your ticket. If you didn’t receive it, it could either have gone into your spam or the ticket was not successfully submitted.

i did received the automated reply of my ticket … but no nuffnang replies of the ticket no 4767F1CD as i stated above
i even checked my spam inbox for any replies for my ticket before posting this
since ming did reply, i’ll edit the post
what do you need from me to verify i did no receive the cheque

Timothy : Its funny how you can say Ming is away so you check this matter for Sha. Do you mean this should not be your responsibility and you are doing Sha a favour?
Also it is weird how you can say if Sha did not receive an automated reply, then it must be because it gone into spam or the ticket were ont submitted. It seems your mindset is that everything can fail except your ticketing system.
After this 3 long months of hijacking of your reputation because of the inefficiency of Nuffnang, i am amazed actually to find such inefficiencies still exist in Nuffnang and you still carry the same tone as similar to few months back.

Timothy : I have to say that it pays at times to be more humble when dealing with your customers. You are not giving Sha the benefit of the doubt here.
Im not a fan of either. What they do doesnt stand out from the crowd.
