When I first started out in this money making online niche, I was fresh-face and eager
I bought a couple of those e-books that promised the world, and I realized after reading the e-book, it was a waste of my money
Sure there was some helpful tips and guides, but basically what’s being offered in most e-books are already floating around the Internet
Its just a matter of sifting through the right material and knowing where to find it
I have this mantra in my Internet life
Bookmark the good ones, scan the rest
For example, the Internet is a huge place, so once you find something or a source that offers greats advice, take note of
While everything else, just scan and leave it be
In my RSS feed I’ve hundreds of sites, but I actually visit and read in detail a few websites only
Ades Blog offer a good entry on top blog entrepreneurs and their social bookmarking 2.0 ways
And back to the e-Book, recently Joel Comm released his AdSense Secrets e-book
Everyone and anyone was selling it on their blog … well I wasn’t
I once too had bought his e-book and Joel is an excellent entrepreneur but after the second version, I found out what was printed in the e-book, well I basically know the topic pretty well
Also his Internet marketing is pretty aggressive too, that’s what most Internet marketers in the States are good at.
I being Asian however hate such aggressive approach, and immediately unsubscribed from his mailing list
Each of his newsletter offers and promised a new secret … this dude has more tricks up his sleeves than David Copperfield
Well I digress too much eh … well back to Joel Comm latest e-book, the thing is Joel screwed up
He sold the e-book cheap at $9.95, instead of the usual $97 for most e-book prices
Too good to be true?
Indeed … what he didn’t disclose was that, you’ll be auto-subscribe $29.95 per month when you purchase his e-book
That got a backlash from the blogging community when discovered
Joel Comm has since apologised and revamped his sales page for more transparency
What can we learn from this ….
Well Internet users are savvy, so don’t pull a fast one

Thanks for the mention! Appreciate it.
My pleasure
Hey dude,
I was wondering, do you do blogskins for a fee? Spending more time in finding that good looking skin? What do you recommend? Coz I find it hard to integrate my widgets into my current blogskin (maybe it’s me)
Bro I used to do personal themes for people but not these days
Yes v2.5 has a new method in using widgets, maybe read more in detail of the faq?
I can’t recommend any as I’ve been out of touch with themes. I do my own, dats why. Sorry bro
