Well it does happen to me once in a blue moon, most of the time, my computer lags with the browser not loading well, and suddenly my mouse click which intended to click on some link, lands on my own ads
I would like to think Google has a smart ad algorithm to detect such accidental clicks, but you can never be too sure of this
So to have a peace of mind and let Google know your intention was good and it was all unintentional clicks, I would email their support at adsense-support@google.com
Well here’s a template below you could use. Fill in the blanks with your own set of id and such
Hi
I clicked on one of my own adverts accidentally at site _____ 11.25PM (+8 SG time)
Please deduct any payment I might have made from this clickthru and credit the advertiser’s account
My AdSense publisher account is _____
Final landing page link http://www.blablabla.com
Thanks and sorry for the hassle

Hmm. Actually I think they should know. If you are logged-in to things like Gmail, you’ll discover that at Google’s homepage they actually recognize that we’re logged-in. Better be safe than sorry. Nice template there. I shall use it if I clicked mine accidentally. Sometimes we’re looking at our own sites when the advertisement is just too attractive. Haha.
Well better to be safe than sorry right :)
