The hot news from Google is that they are finally clamping down on Adsense Arbitrage sites. Such account will be disabled at 1st June 2007 and all outstanding earnings will be paid by then. For the clueless, Adsense Arbitrage is
1) Sending Adwords traffic to their landing pages
2) Making money off the traffic from the ads clicked
3) Mostly are MFA (Made for Adsense) sites with no REAL content
Some of big players are making tons of money, eg $50,000 per month. They bid so low, that when their ads appeared on your sites, you only get nickel and dimes in earning. And don’t you just find such MFA sites annoying! Well no more …
I think it’s a great initiative by Google. Only deserved publishers with appropriate content get the money and not those ‘tricking’ people getting to their sites and clicked the ads. This might just help the ‘little people’ like me earn more money
